Reading these numbers
Current allocation and requested. Current allocation is recorded awarded funding, including applied modifications. Requests for region-approved projects awaiting awards are shown separately and do not increase the grant balance. Unspecified amounts display as “Not reported.”
Spent / reimbursed. Historical projects use the state’s recorded expenditure or reimbursement total. Itemized projects use recorded budget-line spending. These figures do not confirm individual payment deliveries.
Remaining balance and available funds. Remaining balance deducts recorded expense commitments on itemized projects but does not separately deduct pending transfer reservations. Expand a project to see those reservations and available funds when the records establish them. Historical balances use the state’s reported balance, where commitments may be unreported. A balance is not an authorization to spend.
Funding changes. Transfers move existing money from one project to another. They are not spending or extra grant funding. Historical amounts are not added to current balances again. Missing amounts or dates are shown as “Not recorded.”
Data freshness. App changes normally appear within 2–4 minutes. State trackers are checked daily; changes that need review appear after review. The app status and the tracker status can differ. Source check times are shown on each year.
This public view includes state tracker projects and region-approved or later projects. Draft, unapproved, deleted, and test records are excluded. Project details contain general funding purposes; application narratives, private contacts, approval records, and attachments remain in grant management.
